Any templates in your WABA will be shown on the WhatsApp Templates page (first item in the left navigation under Content). If you don’t see a template that you recently created there, click Refresh Templates to ensure your WhatsApp Template list is up-to-date.

To use a WhatsApp Template,

1. Add a Template send to your conversation.

2. In the right panel, click Select and choose the template you want to send from the list.

3. After selecting, configure any variables that may be used in the template.

4. Continue building out the rest of the conversation to engage your subscribers.
