After you’ve set up and tested your conversation, open the Campaign Details panel (by clicking the round ℹ️ icon in the upper right) and click the Make Version Live button. This will allow your subscribers to begin to engage with your conversation. After making a conversation live, analytics will be recorded.
For conversations that you are initiating with your subscribers (that you’re sending to them), you can then click open the Launch panel (by clicking the 🚀 icon in the upper right).
Send the conversation to a specific subscriber by searching for them by name or number.
Send the conversation to the selected segment.
