If you're finding that some comments aren't triggering your automation, there are a few common reasons this might happen.

Meta may not be sending all comment webhooks

Instagram and Facebook use webhooks to notify Tildei when someone comments on your posts. Occasionally, we’ve seen that Meta doesn't send all of these webhooks, which means Tildei never receives the notification that a comment was made.

What this means: Unfortunately, webhook reliability is controlled by Meta, not Tildei. We're actively monitoring this issue and working with Meta to improve reliability, but there's currently no technical solution that guarantees 100% comment capture when Meta doesn't send the webhook.

The comment text doesn't match your trigger phrase

For automations using "exact match" scenarios, Tildei uses a smart matching system that accounts for minor typos and variations. However, if a comment has too many differences from your defined phrase, it won't trigger the automation.
