Web pages like company blogs, product guides, FAQs, support documentation, promotion pages, or other brand and marketing assets are a great source of knowledge for your Tildei Agent. They are also easy to integrate.

• On the Knowledge page, click the purple Create button on the top right.
• Select “URL.”
• Type a descriptive name (Note: the name is for internal purposes, like searching for Knowledge articles in the Tildei platform).
• Next copy and paste the URL into the URL field.
• Hit Create and within a few seconds, the scrape will be complete and the data from the page will be available to Tildei’s Agent to reference.

If there are a large number of URLs to import, let your Tildei team know and they can help with an automated bulk import.
