Turning a Scenario On ✅

Every time you create a new Scenario, the “Enabled” toggle is automatically switched on.

This means that the Scenario is now turned on and being used in conversation matching every time a new message comes in.

The Scenario being turned on is reflected by the green tick in the Status column when viewing the All Scenarios page.

Turning a Scenario Off ❌

You can turn off a Scenario by clicking on it and switching the “Enabled” toggle off so that it displays “Disabled”. Save the Scenario.

Now when you view the All Scenarios page you will see a new icon in the Status column showing that the Scenario is turned off and no longer being used in conversation matching.

After turning a Scenario off, you can turn it back on at any point.

Archiving a Scenario 🚮

You can archive a Scenario by going into the All Scenarios page and clicking the 3 dots on the right hand side of your Scenario. Once you do this, the Scenario will be archived and will no longer show up on the page.

After archiving a Scenario, you can no longer turn it back on.
