Tildei offers a flexible framework to create Knowledge articles from documentation or ad-hoc needs. For example, if you have information for promotions, events, holidays or other marketing, you can create Knowledge on the fly. To do this:
- On the Knowledge page, click the purple Create button on the top right.
- Select “Text.”
- Type a descriptive name (Note: the name is for internal purposes, like searching for Knowledge articles in the Tildei platform).
- Next copy and paste or type the information you want into the Text box.
- The Knowledge you input can take any form e.g. a bulleted list, paragraphs etc. The Tildei Platform will format and index the data automatically for the Agent to use.
- Hit Create and the knowledge will be available to Tildei’s Agent to reference.
