The Scenario Details page gives you a complete overview of the status and history of an individual Scenario. You’ll see:

• Whether it’s currently enabled or disabled
• Which actions are attached (e.g., starting an Automation or responding with specific Knowledge)
• How many people have gone through the Scenario (with a customizable time frame)
• The Scenario’s full version history </aside>

To view a Scenario’s Details page, head to Scenarios in the platform and click on the specific Scenario that you’re interested in.

From there, you’ll be automatically routed to the Scenario Details page.
