Tildei offers a Shopify app that makes syncing your full product catalog easy. This integration will give the agent full access to all products and product page descriptions.

Once synced, Tildei will maintain a real-time connection to Shopify and all changes made to your store will be automatically reflected in your Knowledge.

To integrate your Shopify product catalog:

• Navigate to the Integrations Page in Tildei and select Configure Connection in the Shopify tile

• Install Tildei’s Shopify app from the app store
• That’s it! Your product catalog will begin syncing with Tildei. Time various based on the size of your catalog, but will generally take under 30 minutes.
• You can check the Knowledge page to confirm the product sync is completed

Shopify Order Lookup

Once connected, your Agent is able to lookup order status and provide that information in the conversation. To use this tool, enable Get Shopify Order Details in the Standard Tools section of the user.

Shopify MCP

In addition to the native integration, your Tildei Agent can also leverage the available Shopify MCP tools for interacting with your Shopify account.
