I’ve built a campaign, now what?
There are two ways to start a conversation:
- An incoming message, where the subscriber sends a message to you (usually pre-filled text)
- An outgoing message, where you send a WhatsApp Template to your subscriber
A subscriber sends you a message
Using pre-filled message text gives your subscribers the ability to initiate a conversation that will be related to their task at hand. With Tildei, once you’ve defined the text, you can
- Copy the chat link which you can use anywhere you would any other link
- Copy or save a QR code which can be used in digital or print formats and allows a subscriber to use their smartphone camera to easily start the conversation in WhatsApp
- Copy code to use as a CTA in an email so you can bring in subscribers from other channels
- Copy code for a clickable WhatsApp button that you can use by itself or with other items from the list to
You send a WhatsApp Template to your subscriber
In order to start a conversation with a subscriber outside of a 24 hour conversation window, you need to use a template that has been approved by the WhatsApp Business Team.
