Tildei offers a flexible API path to enable this for both internal data sources or 3rd party technology in your stack. This method gives customers the greatest flexibility to enable their Agent with nearly any source of data.

• Contact your Tildei account team and share data source you would like to integrate.
  • If there are available API endpoints, provide them to your Tildei team.
  • If it is a 3rd party integration, share the name and website with your account team.
• Specify your desired cadence for refreshing the data (e.g. hourly, daily, weekly). This will be automated so the Agent always has access to the most recent knowledge.
