Your brand voice guidelines define the unique personality and tone that make your Tildei agent sound like a team member, rather than untrained AI. A clear, well-aligned brand voice ensures the agent’s responses are consistent with your broader marketing and deliver a seamless customer experience.

To customize your Brand Voice, head down to the bottom left corner of the platform and navigate to the Org Settings.

Once there, navigate to the Agent section. Here, you can view & update your current Brand Voice.

Each time you make a Brand Voice update, make sure to test how the agent is responding by simulating some conversations in the Playground.
