In Ads Manager, create a new campaign
To utilize WhatsApp, choose Traffic, Engagement or Sales as the campaign objective

Choose Messaging apps as the Conversion location

If you haven’t used this ad type before, you may need to click “Connect account”

Select the Tildei WhatsApp number

Configure the ad as needed
In the Ad creative section, the Call to action will be “Send WhatsApp message”

In the Message template section, click Edit to add the Trigger Phrase for the campaign from Tildei to the Pre-filled message section (note the 80 character limit here - adjust Trigger Phrase if needed in Tildei)


Complete ad creation, review, publishing through your normal process.
