Connecting your Instagram account to Tildei takes minutes.

Before you begin

1. Your account must be a Professional Account (most brands are)
2. You will need your brand’s Instagram username and password.

Then follow these steps

• Log in to Tildei.
• Go to the Integrations page.

• Click “Configure Connection” in the Instagram section.

• Click “Connect to Instagram.”

• You will be taken to Instagram. Log in with your brand’s credentials.

• Click “Allow” to share information with Tildei.

  

• You’re now connected 🎉

  • The integration starts in a read-only mode so you’ll be able to start seeing your comments and DMs in Conversations, but responses won’t be sent until you click “Enable” on the integration.

Reconnecting

Periodically, (or if your password changes) you will need to reconnect your Instagram account to Tildei. You will receive an email and a notification when logged into Tildei prompting you to do so.
