Connecting your Facebook Messenger account to Tildei takes minutes.

Then follow these steps

• Log in to Tildei.
• Go to the Integrations page.

• Click “Configure Connection” in the Facebook Messenger section.
• Click “Connect to Meta.”
• You will be taken to Facebook. Log in with your credentials.
• Choose the business portfolio you would like to connect.
• Click “Continue”
• Choose the Page you’d like to connect.
• Review the access request.
• Click “Save”
  • ⚠️ be sure to click the final button on the bottom right of the pop up and don’t use the close button on the pop up window
• You’re now connected 🎉
  • The integration starts in a read-only mode so you’ll be able to start seeing your comments and DMs in Conversations, but responses won’t be sent until you click “Enable” on the integration.

Reconnecting

Periodically you may need to reconnect your account to Tildei. You will receive an email and a notification when logged into Tildei prompting you to do so if we have any trouble connecting.
