Within a campaign there are a number of metrics available to help you gauge performance and understand your audience.
Campaign version metrics
When viewing a live or stopped campaign, clicking the analytics button in the top navigation displays the analytics for that version of the campaign.
Subscribers
- Entered - number of subscribers that entered the campaign
- Created - number of new subscribers created from the campaign
- Exited - number of subscribers that completed the campaign
- Opted Out - number of subscribers that opted out during the campaign
Messages
- Sent - number of messages that were accepted by WhatsApp.
- Read - number of messages that were marked as read by a subscriber’s WhatsApp client.
- Some subscribers may opt out of sending read receipts. If a response occurs following the send and we have not received a read for a message, we then count the read at that time.
- Delivered - number of messages that were successfully delivered to a subscriber’s WhatsApp client.
- Received - number of messages that were handled by this campaign.
- The message that triggered the campaign is not included in this number.

- Clicked - number of clicks to tracked links in the campaign
Individual node metrics
When viewing a live or stopped campaign, each node that is part of the campaign displays metrics related to the number of subscribers that have passed through it.
- Sent - number of messages that were accepted by WhatsApp.
- This metric will only display on Message, Media and Template nodes.
- Subscribers
- This metric will not display on Message, Media and Template nodes.
