1. Why isn’t my WhatsApp Template available to select in my Template node?
    1. Your WhatsApp Template may not be approved yet. If it is approved in WhatsApp Manager and you still don’t see it, navigate to WhatsApp Templates in the left navigation and click Refresh Templates to ensure your WhatsApp Template list is up-to-date.
    2. Your WhatsApp Template was submitted and approved for a different language than your campaign. You select a language for both the Tildei campaign and the WhatsApp Template. Only WhatsApp Templates that match the language will be shown as an option in the campaign.
